The NERIS II folding kayak is a touring kayak designed for 2 paddlers who prefer speed and stability plus extra loading capacity (a 660 lb payload) for weekend or multi week trips. This kayak is ideal for flat water trips on rivers and lakes. The heavy duty PVC hull with protective strips on the bottom doesn't restrict the NERIS folding kayak from white water category III applications. An additional seat can be installed for a small passenger, which makes fun for recreational family paddling. Beneath-deck storage space provides lots of room for gear and supply for wilderness expeditions. The wide and open cockpit offers ease of entry to large paddlers or those with knee problems. The air-cushioned seats allow comfortable seating position. The NERIS II folding kayak has excellent tracking characteristics and high maneuverability. Standard and Expedition options are available.

The assembly time is about 25 min.  It will take about 30-35 min. to put the NERIS folding kayak up for the first time with the Assembly Instructions.  It is recommended to assemble the NERIS folding kayak at home or on backyard before you hit the water.
